About Tryouts

Tryouts run for two consecutive days.  Athletes are encouraged to attend Both Days.  Each day will be slightly different and have several evaluators per age group and all evaluators may not be present both days thus, attendance to both days is recommended but not mandatory.   The Academy Director will warm up athletes and lead in the assessment process while the Director of Coaching will have a brief discussion with the parents.  Parents are encouraged to stay and watch tryouts from a distance as long as they do not distract athletes.  If a parent does distract their athlete or another they will be asked to leave the tryout location.  Athletes are expected to arrive 30 min early to check in and familiarize themselves to the tryout area.  This will help ease any nerves and relax the athletes.  Registration for tryouts will be done online.  Walk ins will be accepted however, tryouts will begin and end on time!  Any Walk ins should arrive a minimum of an hour before tryouts begin.  Tryouts are for U11 athletes and older.  Athletes that are U10 and below are able to attend tryouts for the experience and to meet ACE staff only.  Athletes U10 and below will not be evaluated.

ACE Does Not Charge Any Fees For Tryouts!
