About Tryouts

Tryouts run for two consecutive days.  Athletes are encouraged to attend both days.  Each day will be slightly different and have several evaluators per age group and all evaluators may not be present both days thus, attendance to both days is recommended but not mandatory.  Athletes are expected to arrive 30 min early to check in and familiarize themselves to the tryout area.  Registration for tryouts will be done online.  Walk ins will be accepted however, tryouts will begin and end on time!  Any walk ins should arrive a minimum of 30min before tryouts begin.
 
ACE Tryout fee is $10.00
 

Tryout Information

  • Pre-register online below
  • Check-in at the concession building #4 (by playground center)
  • Check-in will start at 5:30pm
  • Arrive at last 30min early the first day
  • Offers will be sent via email

 

Any offer extended to a player is valid for at least 24 hours during which time the player is guaranteed a spot on the team specified.

Player Transfer Information

 

 

All Competitive Player Transfer forms should be submitted to the WYSA office for approval.  A $100 fee is

required, $75 of which is refunded upon WYSA approval of transfer.
