Grassroots U4 – U7

Grassroots introduces soccer in a fun, but challenging environment to young players. Each session is divided into 3 parts. Technical, speed and agility, and small sided games. We introduce proper technique with the ball, teach proper ways of running and agility and play small sided 2v2, 3v3, for the first half of the program. The second half players scrimmage 4v4.
