Oscar Toscano
A graduate of Horlick High School in Racine where he was named Player of the Year, All-County and All-Conference, Oscar continued his career at UW-Parkside — leading the team in assists and earning All-Midwest. He still holds the program’s career-points and career-assists records. He has refereed at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels (state level 6).
Twenty-plus years coaching at the youth and amateur levels. He has led state and regional teams and brought ACE squads to Germany, Denmark, and Mexico for international training.

Jaime Rivera
Jaime grew up in Wheeling, Illinois — surrounded by top-ranked Chicago programs. He played youth ball with Wheeling Soccer Club and Chicago Pegasus (one of Illinois’s top 1990s clubs), then played NCAA Division III collegiate football.
Twenty-plus years of coaching from recreational to highly competitive national youth competition. Returns to ACE after five years at Red Star Soccer Club, where he delivered a U16 State Championship, multiple Wisconsin State Cup appearances, and Top-100 national rankings at U16/U17/U18/U19 boys between 2016–2020. A founding member of ACE Soccer Club, his knowledge helped the club grow from five teams to thirty-three in two years.

Saul Toscano
