ACE Soccer Club (“ACE”, “we”, “us”) operates acesoccerclub.org and the registration forms hosted on it. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

What we collect

When you submit a tryout signup, full season registration, or contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, your player’s name and date of birth, address, phone numbers, email, emergency contact, medical notes, and your acknowledgment of club policies. We also collect basic technical information from your browser (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to process your registration, communicate about training and games, manage rosters, send invoices through the Spond app, and comply with state youth soccer association (WYSA/IYSA) requirements. We do not sell your data.

Who we share with

We share only what is required with: the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association and Illinois Youth Soccer Association for league registration; Spond for payment collection; and Google (Gmail/Sheets) for our internal record keeping. We share aggregated, non-identifying information with team coaches.

Children’s privacy

Many of our registrants are minors. Registration information about a minor is provided by a parent or legal guardian as part of the signup process. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are required to keep by youth soccer associations). Email us at acescracine@gmail.com.
