OSCAR TOSCANO (Director)
Oscar is a graduate of Horlick High School in Racine, WI where he was high School Soccer Player of the year, all county and all conference. He continued playing at the collegiate level at uw parkside where he led the team in assists and achieved all Midwest. He still holds records in career points in career assists. Oscar has reffed youth, high school and at the collegiate level. He reached state level 6 certification.

He has coached for over 20 years at the youth and amateur level. Oscar has coached several state and regional teams. Throughout the years he has brought teams to Germany, Denmark and Mexico to train.

• He holds a USSF E, USSF National D, USSF National C license and NSCAA National Diploma.
Juan Toscano (Assistant Director)
Juan is a graduate of Horlick High School in Racine, WI where he was all county and all conference. He continued playing soccer in the Marines where he led the team in assists and goal scored.

Juan has reffed youth, and high school soccer. He reached level 7 certification.

He has coached for over 20 years at the youth and amateur level. Juan has coached several state and regional teams winning State championships in 2014 and 2015. Throughout the years he has brought teams to Germany, Denmark and Mexico to train.

• He holds a USSF National D license.
Saul Toscano (Coach)
Saul Toscano is a graduate of Horlick High School in Racine, WI where he was high School Soccer Player of the year, all county and all conference.

He has coached for over 20 years at the youth and amateur level. Saul has coached several state and regional teams.

• He holds a USSF National D license.
Erik Navarrette (Coach)
Erik's playing experience includes placement with the Chivas De Guadalajara Academy teams (2003-2006) and with Club Mexiquenze in Toluca (2005-2008).

Erik has coached teams at Chicago Magic PSG and Chicago Elite. Erik coached the 2017 State Champions at U12 Division with Red Star Soccer Club and Erik looks forward to what opportunities are ahead with ACE.

Fred Lyons (Coach)
Fernando “Fred” Lyons is a graduate of State College Area High School in Pennsylvania were he played football and wrestled. He has coached youth soccer for over 6 years at the recreational and academy levels. He also has experience coaching soccer specific Goalkeepers at the youth, high school and professional levels.

He currently holds the following Licenses and Diplomas:

• USSF National E License
• United Soccer Coaches Director of Coaching Diploma
• United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper Levels 1, 2 and 3 Diploma
• United Soccer Coaches Futsal Level 1 Diploma
• He is also currently working on his USSF National D License
